Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped to you via UPS or FedEx and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience.  Please contact us at answers@drake.com if you do not recieve the tracking number.  A signature is not required on deliveries. We will not insure the package if we ship on your account unless instructed to do so. Typically, confirmed orders for new parts ship 10-12 business days after a PO is provided and the artwork is approved by you. Confirmed reorders will ship 3-5 business days after a PO is provided. If you require that the item be shipped before that time please let us know.  We offer standard and rush production times.

We cannot ship on weekends. Delivery times and types vary by zip codes and we are not responsible for delays in shipping. Please notify us in writing if you would like someone to sign for your order. If your business has moved since your last order please provide us with the new shipping and billing addresses.

Because of increased material costs we may ship and bill for up to 10% more than ordered.  If an exact quantity is required a 10% additional charge will be applied at the time the order is placed.  This policy is stated on our quotes as “Overruns”.

All orders placed online are considered pending until a Drake Industries representative confirms the order.


Return Policy

Drake may ask you to review and sign a final proof of your parts before they are manufactured. This proof is your final opportunity to make any changes or identify any errors prior to production. By approving this final proof, you agree that Drake cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions. Any errors or omissions not identified on proofs are your sole responsibility. Drake cannot proceed with an order until a signed approval has been received.

If you find any product less than 100% satisfactory we will correct the problem. You have thirty (30) business days to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies once the order has shipped.  If the problem came from Drake Industries, it will be corrected and shipped at no cost to the customer. Please send back any rejected product to Drake Industries, 1916 Hydro Drive, Austin, Texas 78728. If you require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) your sales representative will issue one. All returns need to include a tracking number.


Payment, Fees and Sales Tax

We accept AMEX, MasterCard and Visa. All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($USD). All orders will be assessed Texas state sales tax where applicable. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your order after it is delivered to you. You have five (30) business days to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies once you receive your order.

Product Use

We reserve the right to use all products as samples or in advertising and displays unless clearly specified in writing at the time the order is placed.


If an order is lost, delayed or mishandled the party that paid for the shipping should contact the carrier. Please contact us immediately with the tracking number if we need to contact a carrier about a package (800.251.2231 answers@drake.com).
