Metalphoto® is the process of choice used around the world for label and name plate product marking applications that must stand up to harsh environments, and are especially durable under exposure to chemicals and challenging elements.  Metalphoto® applications from Drake are designed to maintain appearance, longevity, legibility and functionality of information under the most demanding environments and uses.  Drake Metalphoto® applications are available in thicknesses of .003″ to .063″ and can be die cut to customer design. Finishes include natural brushed aluminum and satin Sunfast Gold.  Variable data such as serial and barcode information is easily supported, as can rivet or adhesive attachment to your product/equipment.

Available colors for Metalphoto® labels and name plates are Gold, Silver, Blue, Brown, Magenta, Purple, Red, and Yellow.

Teflon®coated Metalphoto® Tags and Plates combine the high temperature/UV resistance, dimensional stability, and light weight of aluminum with the non-reactive, non-stick characteristics of Teflon®. The additional layer of Teflon® increases the tag’s resistance to harsh chemicals containing acids and bases.
