Shipping Information
Your order will be shipped to you via UPS and a tracking number will be provided for your convenience. Please contact us at
if you do not recieve the tracking number. A signature is not required on deliveries. If you would like us to ship with another carrier please provide your account number for that carrier. Unless instructed to do so, we will not insure the package if we ship on your account. Typically, confirmed orders for new parts ship 10-12 business days after a PO is provided and the artwork is approved by you. Confirmed reorders wil ship 3-5 business days after a PO is provided. If you require that the item be shipped before that time please let us know. Stock orders placed online after 12 pm CST will be processed the following business day.
We cannot ship on weekends. Delivery times vary by zip codes and we are not responsible for delays in shipping. Please notify us in writing if you would like someone to sign for your order. Please provide a new shipping address if your business has moved since your last order.

All orders placed online are considered pending until a Drake Industries representative confirms the order.
Return Policy
If you find any product less than 100% satisfactory we will correct the problem. If the problem came from Drake Industries, it will be corrected and shipped at no cost to the customer. If the problem came from the customer, it will be corrected and shipped at cost to the customer. Please send back any rejected product to the address listed in the blue bar at the bottom of the screen. Your sales representative will issue a return merchandise authorization (RMA) if you require one. All returns need to include a tracking number. Once you receive your order you have one (1) business day to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies.
Payment, Fees and Sales Tax
We accept AMEX, MasterCard and Visa. All prices are in U.S. Dollars ($USD). All orders will be assessed a service charge, shipping fee and Texas state sales tax where applicable. We are not responsible for any damage incurred to your order after it is delivered to you. Once you receive your order you have one (1) business day to contact us about any mistakes or discrepancies.
Product Use
We reserve the right to use all products as samples or in advertising and displays unless clearly specified in writing at the time the order is placed.
Liability
If an order is lost, delayed or mishandled the party that paid for the shipping should contact the carrier. Please contact us immediately with the tracking number if we need to contact a carrier about a package. |
