Q. Why don't you list prices for your labels and overlays?
A. All of our work is custom. We need your specifications to give you a
quote. Factors that influence costs include the kind of material used,
size of your part, number of colors, and the number of holes required.
The quantity of parts ordered can offer a variety of price breaks.
Q. Can you send me literature?
A. We would be happy to send you a brochure about Drake Industries and
label samples. Please contact us to request more specific information.
Q. How can I get a quotation?
A. Fill out and submit the free quote form. Our experienced designers stand
by to guide you every step of the way. We'll usually get a quote to you
in less than 24 hours.
Q What information do I need to place an order?
A. Please provide the desired specifications, how the label will be used,
quantity needed, and the date by which it is needed. Please also send
artwork showing the desired design. This may be anything from a fully
engineered design to a roughly drawn sketch. We will work with you to
produce exactly what you need.
Q. What information do I need to complete an order?
A. When we have completed your quotation, just send us a purchase order.
Your Drake Industries representative will assign a customer number to
your account and assist you with payment options.
Q. When will I get to review the labels I have ordered?
A. We will send an artwork proof for your reviews. You may make changes
or corrections until the label meets your requirements for copy, color,
font, dimensions, and material. We will only send the label to production
after we receive your written approval.
Q. How and when will my order be delivered?
A. Delivery is 12-15 business days from the date the artwork proof has
been approved. We normally ship your parts by UPS ground. If you require
immediate delivery, we will be happy to send your order via your preferred
carrier using your customer account number for this service.
Q. What forms of payment do you take?
A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Existing customers can use a purchase order and pay on
receipt of our invoice.
Q. What is the return policy?
A. Our frequency of error is virtually zero. If you find any product less
than 100% satisfactory we will correct the label. If the problem came
from Drake Industries, it will be corrected at no cost to the customer.
If the problem came from the customer, it will be corrected at cost to
that customer. We require that you send back any rejected product. Your
sales representative will issue a return merchandise authorizaiton (RMA).

Wayne-Dresser, 3M, Honeywell, Eaton, Dell, Ford, Toshiba, and other Fortune
500 companies. We are ready to work with companies of any size and help
to develop new product identification labels.
Q. Does your company ship globally?
A. Yes. We will ship anywhere you need your order to be delivered. Shipments
going outside the continental United States will be shiped FOB origin.
Our labels have even gone to the moon with the Apollo missions!
